Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Help for where you are and where you are going.
Where You Are Matters
Life rarely unfolds exactly as we imagined it would.
Sometimes we navigate a major transition. Sometimes we carry stress that has quietly built up over time. And sometimes we simply recognize that the life we are living no longer feels like the life we want to build.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different. It's about making sense of where you've been, understanding where you are, and deciding where you want to go next.
Somewhere between becoming an adult and becoming yourself, life got complicated.
The career you've worked toward may not feel as fulfilling as you expected. Relationships change. Friend groups evolve. Families begin to grow. Some shrink. Responsibilities increase, and somewhere along the way, the excitement of wondering what comes next is quietly replaced by calendars, commitments, and routines that leave little room to catch your breath and ask whether the life you're living still reflects the person you're becoming.
Some friends are getting married. Others are getting divorced. Some are starting families while others are wondering if they ever will. Careers begin, careers change, and careers end long before they were expected to. Everyone seems to be living a different version of adulthood, and it's easy to wonder whether you should be here or there.
Where We Go From Here
The questions that brought you here don't need immediate answers. They deserve the time and space to be understood.
Together, we'll make sense of where you've been, explore what has shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you, and become curious about the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that continue to influence your life today.
Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," we'll focus on what your experiences have been trying to tell you. As those patterns become clearer, we'll begin identifying practical ways to respond differently, navigate life's challenges more intentionally, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you're becoming.
Therapy is a collaborative process built on your strengths, your values, and the goals that matter most to you. My role isn't to tell you where to go next. It's to help you discover the direction that feels most authentic to you.
