Therapy Built Around the Realities of Aviation

Early van times. Late nights that end tomorrow. Reserve. Maintenance Delays. Weather. Min rest. Time away from home. Flexibility is in the job description, and your mental health care should too.

The demands of being in the industry ask a lot of those that keep it moving. Whether you’re a pilot, flight attendant, dispatcher, mechanic, or another aviation professional, the demands and stresses of keeping thousands of passengers safe everyday can be a heavy burden.

Sometimes that baggage doesn’t just stay at work, it follows us home. Stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, poor sleep, and major life transitions can all become harder to navigate when your schedule rarely looks the same from week to week and is decided weeks in before everyone else’s schedule is set causing further isolation.

Therapy should fit into your life – not confine you to a traditional therapy schedule.

What to Expect

Every journey through therapy is different because every person brings a different story.

My role isn't to tell you how to live your life or hand you a checklist to follow. It's to provide a space where you can slow down, make sense of what's weighing on you, and begin moving toward the life you want to build.

Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape the way you experience the world. We will replace the judgment of those patterns and replace it with curiosity about them. As we better understand what helping – and what’s getting in your way – we’ll develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy is a collaborative process that builds on your strengths to accomplish the important things to you and responding to life’s challenges, whether you’re on the flightdeck, cabin, hangar, or at home.

Our work may include:

  • Managing stress, anxiety, and emotional fatigue

  • Navigating career, relationship and life transitions

  • Strengthening communication and relationships

  • Building resilience during seasons of uncertainty

  • Preventing burnout before it becomes overwhelming

  • Developing practical tools that fit your life both on and off duty
